Furcadia Alt Name: Reedwhisker
Character Title: Reedwhisker
Gender: Tom.
Age: 29 moons.
Rank: Warrior.
Clan: RiverClan
Physical Description: Reedwhisker is a slender and long-limbed tom, with neat black ears and a tapering muzzle. While he is not as strongly built as a ThunderClan cat, or as skinny as a WindClan cat, his frame is supple and athletic from moons of strong swimming through the river that circles the territory, with well-muscled hindquarters and a thick tail that acts as a rudder while in the water. The tom's pelt is sleek and raven-black with its only deviation in color coming in the form of a white 'bib' that runs from his throat down toward his chest.
Reference Photo: x ,
Personality:
Keen and quick-witted, it's not uncommon for a snarky comment to come from this tom. The tom has a tendency to have leanings toward being strong-willed and outspoken, but remains true to the warrior code and his Clan. Nonetheless, his temper is not as short as most, and he reserves a barbed tongue only for situations that may deserve it. Reedwhisker is very observant and aware of the goings-on around him. While most of the other warriors will barrel into a situation without a second thought, this tom will make sure to think things through.
History: Reedwhisker was born to two Clanborn warriors and had an uneventful apprenticeship.
One-line Description: Black and white tom.
Sample Roleplay Post:
Cedarclaw finally rose to his paws. The look he gave Petalsong was one of ill-disguised disgust. For a long time, he remained silent, the cogs turning in his mind as he struggled to think of a proper retort to the she-cat. "That isn't how the warrior code works," he spat, his patience for the warrior long since having waned. "Starclan decrees to us that we must be loyal to our clan above all. Above even our own kin. Clan cats do not move freely from one territory to another, because a true clan cat will respect the rules and boundaries that have been passed down through generations." >
Cedarclaw flashed Petalsong a knowing, untrusting glance, as he knew that she had freely admitted to trespassing in Aquaclan territory. "Considering you find nothing wrong with waltzing into the territory of another clan, you know nothing of what it means to be a warrior. If warriors followed their hearts over their loyalty, then there would be no clans!' Growling , his tail lashed furiously behind him. "What sets us apart from rogues and loners is our belief in Starclan, and are loyalty to the warrior code. If not for the warrior code, we would be nothing but crowfood eating rogues." Which, the tom mused, Petalsong more than likely would become if she continued to openly disregard Starclan's wishes.
xBirchpaw cuffed his denmate affectionately. "If you want your ears clawed off by Talltail, sure." The apprentice hung his head ruefully. "I forgot to change the bedding in the elder's den, after Talltail had mentioned that it needed changing before he went out for a jaunt in the territories. He's already peeved at me. I wouldn't want you to get involved in it." However much he did not want Snakepaw to have to deal with the crotchety elder, he felt very grateful to the black and white tom for offering to help. "Thanks for the offer though", Birchpaw meowed, thankful that Talltail's absence left him enough time to complete his task.
